Questions about online loans

Everything you need to know before submitting your financing request.

Online credit is a way to speed up the process of obtaining a loan, but to obtain funds as quickly as possible, here are some simple tips drawn from our experience in processing tens of thousands of credit files: First of all, check that your supporting documents (ID, Pay stub, Tax notice, Proof of address, Account statement, Bank identity statement, Credit contract) are valid. Then send them to us at the following address contact@firmancy.com, after completing the loan application form on our site.

Firmancy ® asks you for the supporting documents required by law or in accordance with the practices of banking establishments. The precise list of supporting documents that we request will be sent to you by email. We do not ask you for originals, you will simply have to send us these documents by email & sign your contract electronically. Note that we simplify the procedures for borrowers who have already had a first loan with us.

Are you on your computer & don't have anything to scan or print your receipts? All you have to do is use your smartphone to take photos of your supporting documents. Then send them to us via email at: contact@firmancy.com.

The supporting documents accepted by us are as follows: Identity document, Pay stub, Tax notice, Proof of address, Account statement, Bank identity statement, Credit contract.
